Bouncing
"Bouncing" is a movement principle that allows the body to release and easily find synchronized rhythm with others. How do resistance, gravity, and flow work together during bouncing? Furthermore, how does the body smoothly transition from one repetitive movement to another? How do we synchronize and then desynchronize from each other? How do I find my independent rhythm by listening and bouncing to the polyrhythmic piece "Music for Pieces of Wood" by Steve Reich? What will happen when we meet while maintaining our own repetitive rhythms?
